Absolutely! We have a dedicated space set up in the Yours Truly
showroom for you and your bridal party to view and try on the entire range. The
Yours Truly showroom is located at 37B Mackelvie Street, Grey Lynn (directly to
the left of our Trish Peng flagship store).
Do me and my bridesmaids need an appointment to view the range?
Yes, we do kindly require an appointment to make sure another
bridal party is not booked in and to ensure our team is available to take your
bridesmaids through the range.
How can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment online anytime by clicking here to be
directed to our online booking page. Here you will be able to check
availability and book in your preferred date and time.
Please note: Our appointment fee and
durations vary depending on how many bridesmaids you have. Please kindly select
the appropriate number of bridesmaids that will be attending in order to allow
enough time for each bridesmaid to try on the range.
What can me and bridesmaids expect during the appointment?
You and your bridesmaids will have exclusive viewing of the
bridesmaid collection samples along with a dedicated member of our team who
will take you through the range and fabric swatches to ensure each bridesmaid
finds the perfect dress for her.
Is the appointment fee deducted if we purchase dresses?
It sure is! Your appointment fee is fully deductible off the total
price of the order.
What is your lead time?
Once your order is confirmed and paid in full, your dresses will
go into production. Our standard lead time is 12-16 weeks. However, to ensure we can take your order on, we recommend placing
your order as soon as possible to ensure we are not at capacity.
What if I require my dresses sooner than your lead time specified?
If you require your dresses soones, please email us at email@example.com and we will try our best to fulfill your order. Please note rush
fees will apply as follow:
10-12 weeks: 10% rush fee will be added to the total
price of the order
6-8 weeks: 15% rush fee will be added to the total

What size range do you offer?
Our bridesmaid collection is available in size NZ 6-30. If your
bridesmaid is outside the size range offered, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as we can sell fabric from the same batch should you wish
to get a dress custom made.
How do I know which size to order?
If you have an appointment in store, our team will take each
bridesmaid’s measurements and order the correct size based on our bridesmaid

Do you offer alterations on your bridesmaid dresses?
All our bridesmaid dresses are made to order to your closest
standard size and have adjustable straps so alterations will not typically be
required. However, should you require alterations, we can recommend a local
seamstress as our in-house alterations service is not available for bridesmaid
Do you offer customisations on your bridesmaid dresses?
We don’t offer any changes to the design or dresses, however,
depending on what you are after you may be able to get the dress altered
through one of our recommended seamstresses.
Do you require payment in full?
In order to confirm your order we do kindly require payment in
full for each dress ordered. The following payment methods are available:
EFTPOS, Credit Card (surcharge applies) and Bank Deposit.
Can I order a custom colour?
We have a selection of 25 colours curated from soft pastel tones,
autumn hues to staple colours. If you are after a particular shade, we may be
able to source this for you. Please email email@example.com for further details.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
No - As our dresses are made to order we can’t offer refunds or
exchanges whether it’s due to an incorrect size or change of mind. Furthermore,
we can’t make any changes to the style selected, size ordered or fabric swatch
selected once the dress is in production. We kindly ask that you choose
carefully and ensure you check your measurements against the size chart to
ensure the correct size is ordered.
Do I need to order all my bridesmaids dresses at the same time?
We highly recommend placing one order for all your bridesmaids
dresses to ensure all your dresses are made from the same batch of fabric. As
our fabrics are hand dyed there can be a variance of up to 10% across different

We have made every effort to accurately represent the colours
displayed on the website, however due to differences in screen monitors the
colours may vary in person.
Can I purchase fabric samples?
You sure can! You can select up to 4 fabric swatches for $25, you

What should I wear under the dress?
We suggest either a strapless bra, stick-on bra and seamless
underwear. If you are after something a little extra, we recommend the Nancy
Ganz shapewear range which is available online and in-store at Trish Peng
Can I steam my bridesmaid dresses?
Our team will have your dresses freshly steamed prior to
collection. If you wish to steam your dresses, you can carefully do so. We
recommend having your steamer on the lowest heat setting and ensuring the
nozzle is clean. We also recommend not placing the nozzle directly on the
