To order any of our wedding dresses (not including samples), simply select a standard size and we will make the dress to order. Once you add your favourite dress to the cart, a form will request your Bust, Waist, Hip, Waist to Floor measurement. This is to ensure that we match your measurements according to our size chart. Alterations may be required. We can do the alterations in-house or alternatively, we can recommend you a tailor

Please choose your items carefully as we are unable to return or exchange due to change of mind. Items may only be returned or exchanged if they are faulty. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays. Please also add a phone number, as couriers will use this to contact you if they are having difficulty delivering your parcel. We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at receiver's end.
We offer FREE DELIVERY New Zealand wide for our bridal collection. Our team will email you the tracking details for you to track your dress. We ask for at least a 6 month lead time however, we can make your dress in a shorter time frame if this is approved by our team. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information. Rush orders may incur an additional fee.
